1. Go through the url “http://www.zoho.com/login.html” and sign-in to your account.
2. After sign-in to your account click on your PROFILE PICTURE which is given at top right side of the page then a pop-down section will be appeared.
3. On that pop-up section click on link MY ACCOUNT.
4. On my account page click on button PREFERENCES.
5. On Left menu section click on button CLOSE ACCOUNT.
6. On Close Account page fill out your password, comment and reason for deleting your account and then click on button CLOSE ACCOUNT.

Delete Your Account by Sending Mail

Follow these steps below:

Step 1: Log into the email account you used to register for the app or website.

Step 2: Write an email now and address it to support@zohocorp.com

Step 3: Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT” in the subject line.

Step 4: Send them an email asking them to erase all of your information associated with them, if any, and to delete your account from their database.
