- Open your Textplus App.
- Now click on MENU (Three Straight lines on top right) now you will be redirect to new menu section.
- On Menu section click on link SETTINGS.
- Scroll down to the bottom of settings page and click on button Sign-Out.
- Once you click on sign-out link a pop up box will appear click on SIGN-OUT button again to log-out from your account. Once you log-out from account then uninstall the app from your smartphone to permanently delete your account within a month.
Delete Your Account by Sending Mail
Follow these steps below:
Step 1: Log into the email account you used to register for the app or website.
Step 2: Write an email now and address it to support@textPlus.com
Step 3: Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT” in the subject line.
Step 4: Send them an email asking them to erase all of your information associated with them, if any, and to delete your account from their database.
