Delete Your Account through App
- Open your Musely App.
- Now click on MAN like icon which is given at bottom right side and it will take you to profile page.
- On Profile page click on GEAR icon which is given at top left side of the app.
- Once you click Gear icon you will be taken to SETTINGS page here click on MY ACCOUNT link.
- Scroll down to bottom of My ACCOUNT page and then click on DELETE MY ACCOUNT button.
- Once you click on delete my account a message will be pop-up asking for your confirmation to delete account then click on YES button.
Delete Your Account by Sending Mail
Follow these steps below:
Step 1: Log into the email account you used to register for the app or website.
Step 2: Write an email now and address it to support@musely.com
Step 3: Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT” in the subject line.
Step 4: Send them an email asking them to erase all of your information associated with them, if any, and to delete your account from their database.
