Step 1. Log in to your facebook app, hoverover the three dash lines on the left sidebar and then click on “App settings”.
step 2. Scroll down and check the box against the option “Auto-play videos on Wifi only”.
NOTE: with this action, your facebook app only plays video when you’re connected to the internet via Wifi. This means while you’re surfing the internet using your normal data subscription, the videos won’t play.
